Delivery and Payment

Mark Ryden is the official store of backpacks and bags with Nova Poshta delivery across Ukraine.

How an order works

All shipments are made only via Nova Poshta. The delivery cost follows the carrier's current rates and is paid upon receipt or by prepayment.

1. You place a request and choose payment and delivery.
Step 1
2. A manager confirms the order and agrees on the payment method.

3. We pack the order in our signature way and hand it over to Nova Poshta.

4. You receive an SMS with the TTN to track your parcel.

5. Receive, inspect, pay.

Approximate tariffs for backpacks, slings, accessories, and courier delivery are shown in the cards below. If you need an exact amount, the manager will share it during order confirmation.

At branches, parcel lockers, or during address delivery you can inspect the backpack, check the contents, and only then pay for the product and cash-on-delivery service.

Payment methods — details

Pay on delivery

At Nova Poshta branches and parcel lockers you can pay in cash, by card via POS terminal, or in the carrier's app. Couriers also accept payment for address delivery. You inspect the product, check completeness, and only then pay the order amount and the 2% + 20 UAH COD fee.

Online payment via LiqPay / MonoPay

After confirming the order, the manager sends a payment link. Payment goes through a secure LiqPay or MonoPay page; card data is not stored on our site. No bank fee; a receipt is sent to your e-mail.

Prepayment to FOP account

For cashless payments to the FOP account we issue an invoice. Suitable for corporate clients and individuals. Shipping is done after funds are credited; you may send the payment order to the manager to speed up dispatch.

Prepayment by bank details

If it is more convenient, we will provide IBAN details for a direct transfer. After payment, please inform the manager of the amount and time so we can dispatch promptly. Bank fees depend on your tariff.
