Delivery in Ukraine

We value your and our time, so we ship only through a carrier company that quickly serves customers. Most shipments are made through "Nova Poshta". There are no shipments through "Ukrposhta" yet.

When purchasing by cash on delivery, the commission for money transfer is 2% of the order amount + 20 UAH, paid upon receipt.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. If you place an order before 16:00, the item is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next business day. Usually, the item is delivered the next day after shipping (except Sunday) to the carrier company's branches in regional centers and large cities.

Payment Methods

You can pay for the item in our online store using any of the following methods:

  • Cash on Delivery - COD

    Cash on delivery is possible in all localities within Ukraine. You receive the item, inspect it, and only then pay. This is arranged through the "Nova Poshta" carrier company. Additionally, the carrier company will charge you 2% of the order amount for the cash on delivery service.

  • Prepayment to a PrivatBank or Monobank card

    An SMS message with bank details and the order amount is sent to the phone number you specified in the order. The transfer can be made at any bank branch, via Privat24, and through PrivatBank, iBox, and other terminals. In this case, when picking up the item at the carrier company's branch, you will only pay the delivery cost.

  • Payment on the website via LiqPay - Visa/MasterCard

    A payment service that allows instant payments using a mobile phone, the Internet, and Visa and MasterCard payment cards worldwide.
